Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions. Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Process, enter, edit, and format reports and documents. Organize and maintain filing systems and databases. Liaise and communicate with internal departments. Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate with other departments and external parties. Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
