Design and develop new or existing platform APIs. Build server-side logics and integrate with mobile and web applications. Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. Design, develop and execute manual or automated(Robot framework, Python tests during designated builds, to verify application readiness for production implementation Write test case and test scenario and functional specifications for use in testing on all core applications Execute test plans and test cases to ensure quality of deliverables Analyze the test results by performing root-cause analysis and suggest necessary actions as required such as bug resolution and code optimization. Ensure test defects are tracked to closure. Coordinate efforts and communicate with software engineers to identify performance opportunities, as well as to ensure stability issues are addressed during design life cycle Communicating with other team members to solve problems Acquire knowledge necessary to perform job assignments (technology, product and process) Coordinate between onsite/offshore teams, customers, other support groups for smooth implementation of testing and manage escalations as required Developing a workflow for product inspection.

Implementing accounting goals/policies from the management team. Analyze and prepare work plans/goals for the accounting department Present plans/goals to the management team. Meeting/explaining plans/goals to accounting department staff for acknowledgment and action. Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations to management. Assist in strategic financial planning and decision-making. Check the details of the financial statements. Prepare monthly financial statements of the company. /Consolidated financial statements of affiliated companies Calculate corporate income tax from the income statement.

This role has full accountability for end-to-end Quality Assurance reviews conducted with the customer (Bank/Non-Bank). The role will focus on all aspects of project and program management best practices to determine whether the target project or program is being delivered in a way that makes it feasible. A feasible definition is that the Project or Programme has enough resources (Time, Money, Skilled resources for example) to be a success as it is currently planned and being delivered. The scope of the role includes the full project and program lifecycle and delivery standards, best practices, policies, toolsets, and processes, from thought leadership and definition through to execution and measuring adoption. The role will report to the program manager. The candidate will have a dotted line to the Business/Function COO representing the Business/Function. The QA manager will coach individual project teams regarding the expected quality standards, using lessons learned from other projects within (and outside) the portfolio Assist project teams in isolating the source of discrepancies between expected and actual results Management responsibilities including leadership and technical guidance to QA and testing professionals. Working closely with counterparts from customer sites. Provide detailed analysis based on assurance reviews, and ensure projects are amending artifacts to reflect the findings Track metrics that all projects are improving based on assurance findings. Ensure quality reporting is consolidated and delivered to the Senior Management including the COO, Project Steering Committees Leadership and teamwork Continuously seek opportunities for improvement within role, processes, team, and portfolio Keep up to date on industry project assurance methodologies and practices.

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support. Work closely with Customer Service support and to lead and supervise team to up skill and knowledge for IT infrastructure technologies. Lead of customer support team in part of technical support. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
