หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Application Support to maintain and monitor Software Application what has been launched on Production environment.
• Performing analyst applications functional/Infrastructure and identify the root cause of issue.
• Coaching and sharing the knowledge / incident solving information to the team
• Be able to identify the impact analysis and prioritize the multiple tasks / issues
• Daily and Weekly report.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Application Support on both Frontend and Backend applications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Postman, Jenkins or other cloud infrastructure is advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL command & Jira
• Have background in develop and manage Monitoring system via Postman API Testing, Jenkins Jobs Monitoring.
• Experience in Insurance industry would be an advantage.
• Good in English communication skills.
• Able to work with Shift Hours Basis.
