• • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share
• • Lead and mentor the outbound sales team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• • Oversee the planning and execution of outbound travel packages, ensuring high-quality client experiences.
• • Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotes, and process bookings as needed.
• • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery.
• • Conduct market research to identify trends and expand business opportunities.
• • Maintain detailed records of bookings, invoices, and client communications.
• • Provide administrative support and manage the reservation system effectively.
• • Collaborate with the Sales, Products, and Operations teams to optimize tour offerings.
• • Address any operational issues that may arise and ensure smooth tour execution.
