Working hours : 08:00 - 17:00

Other work : There is a policy to change working hours from every Saturday working to two Saturdays per month.

Responsible

• Support Accounts receivable and accounts payable module: responsible for the management of daily accounts receivable and accounts payable, including checking invoices, tracking customer and supplier payments, and ensuring timely collection or payment of funds;
• Support Expense module: assist in the formulation and implementation of expense control strategies, including reviewing and processing employee expense reimbursement, ensuring compliance and budget control;
• Support Tax declaration: prepare and submit income tax reports PP.30 PP.36 PP.50/51 and other related tax declaration documents in accordance with local tax laws and accounting standards in Thailand, and complete tax declaration PND.1 PND.3 PND.53 PND.54
• Support for Asset module: responsible for the asset management of Thailand factory, establishing asset ledger, recording and tracking the company's fixed assets, including depreciation calculation and maintenance records;
• Support for Internal audit and preparation of reports
• - Monthly tax refund status update report
• - Always check and update the production formula between production and BOI information
• - Check the accuracy of the import list of raw materials with the BOI account as specified
• - Always keep the raw material code under the BOI name group up to date
• Coordinate the import-export of raw materials and finished goods
