Grandline Innovation Co., Ltd. was established on January 7th, 2010, with registered capital of 200 million baht. Initially engaged in the business of flood prevention and drainage, and also environmental systems (Engineering) our top management believes that electronic devices are now communicating with each other.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations applicable to the organization.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives such as succession planning, talent management, and culture transformation.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture.
• Participate in HR projects and special assignments, ensuring timely execution and achievement of project goals.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant BU.
