หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Make annual plans for production, machinery and manpow
• Plan the use of manpower in line with production plans.
• Control production to meet the planned quantity and deliver on time.
• Monitor the production process and the performance of employees to work efficiently.
• Provide advice and solve on-site problems for employees in the Production Department.
• Coordinate with relevant departments involved in planning design, store, purchase and transport to ensure production according to plan.
• Control the company's costs, quality, waste and system standards.
• Improvement and Development of Work Efficiency
• Improve productivity and work efficiency to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with the Process Improvement team to bring new innovations to improve the production process.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to prepare production quality standards to reduce defects in the production process.

• Education Background : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in Production line Management
• Experience in the Automobile industry or small electronics parts factory
• Good command of English for conversation
